M&J AGM – date change – “17th July @ 8pm”

HRFC Mini and Junior Annual General Meeting has been changed and will now be held on Tuesday 17th July 2007 8pm at HRFC

The agenda will be cascaded in advance of the meeting and minutes from last year will be available on the night. Please forward ‘Any other Business’ items by email in advance of the meeting to Kim Neve.

Please forward nominations for Committee posts by Friday 6th July. In the event that more than one person is nominated for a Committee post voting will be as per the Club Constitution. Each nominee must be proposed and seconded. The constitution can be found in detail on the Mini and Junior website.

Please can Kim also be sent confirmation of those committee members who are definitely standing down this season?

It is with great sadness that Brian Small has resigned as Treasurer/Membership Secretary of the M&J section after many, many years of dedicated service to the club. He will be greatly missed!
